Neil has recently joined the Active You team, bringing with him a fresh and enthusiastic approach to the industry. His training background is based in a large variety of martial arts - from kickboxing and karate to brazilian jiu jitsu and olympic wrestling. He has competed in kickboxing and freestyle wrestling where he has medalled in national competitions.
This background in martial arts has led him to utilising a broad array of strength and conditioning methods - something he is constantly looking to expand upon in order to offer the best results to his clients. He speciailises in calisthenics and flexibility/mobility work, both of which he incorporates into his dynamic FlexFit class.
Neil has taught classes to a broad range of clients and is committed to delivering his programs and classes to them in an effective and intense manner, while ensuring their individual level and needs are correctly catered for.
